Miami, FL — September 22, 2025 — Greater Miami (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, is proud to host its highly anticipated Book & Author Luncheon on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the JW Marriott Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura, Florida. This year’s event features acclaimed author and historian A’Lelia Bundles, the great-great-granddaughter of pioneering entrepreneur and philanthropist Madame C.J. Walker.Bundles will highlight her latest book, The Joy Goddess of Harlem: A’Lelia Walker and the Harlem Renaissance, an inspiring and richly detailed exploration of her famous ancestor’s daughter, A’Lelia Walker, a central figure in Harlem’s cultural and artistic
explosion of the 1920s.The luncheon also marks a milestone celebration—70 years of friendship and service by the Greater Miami (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations committed to enriching, sustaining, and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African Americans and other persons of African ancestry.Event Details:
